An update on the broken bridge drama this weekend:
When we finally got the plough company to clear the snow around the hole (& the 5’ wall of snow just past it) on the only bridge leading out of our area in Tahoe, we saw that the damage was serious, but you could drive around it if you were careful.
We got out, but driving around that hole was a risk I’d rather not take too regularly.
