Back around ‘03-‘04, Tiger, the #1 player in the world, decided to completely redesign his swing, costing him 1-2 years of tournament success.

This used to be great fodder for analogies, especially in business, regarding fixing something that isn’t broken because you care about lasting success. Now, it’s hard to reference “Tiger’s swing” without it sounding like you mean something a little vulgar.
