It is my goal to read through this ASAP, but school and work may dictate that completion will take months, not weeks. This resource is phenomenal. I found it on Gruber’s site.

I’m really interested to see this. I wish I’d been old enough to understand this when it happened, although, given how sad the story is, maybe it’s better than it sailed over my head at the time.

Figured out part of why I like the new theme so...
It uses the same font, “American Typewriter” as GoldenWeekend.com. It’s great in other ways too, but I’m glad I finally caught that connection. I knew something seemed a little too familiar about this theme.

Young Girl, Get Out of My Mind
It had never occurred to me before Adam Carolla mentioned this on his radio show, but…
Think about how horribly offensive the lyrics to this song were.
Is this ok? Check it out:
Young girl, get out of my mind
My love for you is way out of line
Better run, girl,
You’re much too young, girl
With all the charms of a woman
You’ve kept the secret of your youth
You led me to...
I picked up Lisa from her overnight shift at Cambridge Hospital and took her straight to the airport for a girl’s weekend in NYC with her Mom. She was thrilled to kickoff the adventure, and I was just excited to be up and about so early (I love mornings).
What Does Goldman Know That We Don't? →
Neat Michael Lewis article about Goldman’s role in the recent sub-prime debacle.
It drastically oversimplifies the issue, but it’s a fun thought exercise. I’d like to chat with someone from Goldman to get their take.
As I was heading out to an HBS social function, Lisa and Furio wanted to say goodnight. I had to print out some slides for Lisa on my way out, which is why she references PowerPoint.

Me: How long until we accidentally rent a movie through iTunes or our AppleTV that it turns out we already own on DVD?
Lisa: Soon.
Me: 2 months?
Lisa: Much sooner.
